Warmos Heating Ltd Warranty Terms

Warmos Heating Ltd grants a ten-year warranty period for the radiator frames and a two-year warranty period for the thermostats. The warranty period starts at the date of purchase and covers defects in material and manufacture. We will replace a defective product with a similar product or with a product that has the same technical properties than the defective one free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect storage method or faulty handling during transportation, at a construction site or at the installation location. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse such as incorrect installation, external corrosion, handling of corrosive substances or abrasion impacts. EW Ecodesign thermostats are to be used in normal indoor spaces. The ingress protection rating of each radiator must be taken into consideration.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by a defective product, the costs generated by the replacement of the defective product, the production losses of the customer, lost profits or other indirect costs. When seeking for warranty, please contact the seller and present an order confirmation, a waybill, the heater’s identification number or a similar reliable proof of the product and its date of delivery. The customer must deliver the defective product for inspection to Warmos Heating Ltd within a month from the date of the warranty claim, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
